Raw material preparation

The main raw material of stainless steel pipe is stainless steel strip, and its selection needs to comply with national standards to ensure the quality of the pipe. In the production process, it is necessary to carry out strict quality testing and screening of raw materials to ensure the stable quality of stainless steel pipe.

Pipe billet preparation

After raw material preparation, the stainless steel strip is cut to a certain length, and then rolled into a tube through the coiler to form a billet. The diameter and wall thickness of the billet depend on the specifications of the stainless steel pipe required for production.

Pipe billet rolling

The billet is fed into the rolling mill for rolling, and after several times of rolling, the diameter and wall thickness of the billet can be accurately controlled to form a moulded billet.

Billet drawing

Formed billet is drawn through the drawing machine, so that its length and wall thickness can be further controlled and adjusted, and at the same time improve the hardness and tensile strength of the pipe.

Billet annealing

After drawing, the billet needs to be annealed, through the heating control and cooling treatment, so that its organisational structure can be improved to improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of stainless steel pipe.

Stainless steel pipe cold drawing

After annealing treatment, the billet is sent to the cold drawing machine for cold drawing, so that its precision and finish are further improved to ensure the surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy of the stainless steel pipe.

Stainless steel pipe hot drawing

In the need to produce large diameter, wall thickness of stainless steel pipe, can be hot drawn through the hot drawing machine to improve the forming efficiency and quality stability of the pipe.
